Mazars sponsor of the MENA-OECD Forum
Ministers from the Middle East and North African countries (MENA) and from OECD countries met in Cairo on 27-28 November to discuss progress in reforms to encourage investment and improve public governance in the MENA region.
Mazars, who strongly supports investment in Middle East and North Africa, acted as a Gold Sponsor for this high profile event.
Dr Ahmed Shawki, managing partner of Mazars Mostafa Shawki in Egypt, actively participated in a panel comprised of Ministers from various MENA countries. He offered the point of view of the private sector on "Tax Strategies for Investment".
Mazars partners and directors from Egypt, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Morrocco also supported this event, which brought together 500 participants from the public and private sectors.
